We are open 9am to 5:30pm however as an online retail company we appreciate that you may want to contact us outside these hours and we will edeavour to answer you as quickly as possible.

Returns
Due to the nature of our business, and the personalisation of our products, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on initialled items. We do, of course, offer a full refund on faulty or damaged products. Please email, or telephone, us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any such problems.
